Update KLT in Kenya

HI All! Well, library number 7 opened this week, up in Aberdare hills in Kenya. Numbers 8 and 9 are being discussed and planned! 'Little Hands, Big Steps' (our project to get Kenyan families using books with their under 3 year olds) is now completing its second group of 10 participants in Kawangware in Nairobi, and will start at Gacharageini library( Aberdares) next saturday, and in Sipili later in October. Always need support- and funding!…

Buikwe's Caezaria Public Library

News from Uganda...



I took a visit out to the library known as Buikwe. Francis and his family were wonderfully friendly hosts and had me stay in their home for the night I spent there.



We spent an afternoon in the library, discussing various programs and activities that have been going on in the library.
